Processing Time

Your tea is carefully packaged with attention to detail:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package begins its journey
• All orders are fulfilled from our partner facility in the United States

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 7-15 business days
• International Orders: 15-20 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs procedures.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TeaAo experience:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened and unused products
• 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Return Authorization Number required before shipping items back
• Contact support@teaao.com to initiate returns

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damaged items
• We'll arrange a replacement or refund
• No return shipping costs for confirmed damaged items

• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
• We cannot be held liable for delays due to customs processing or courier services
• Insurance is included with all shipments
