  • The item is not on our non-returnable list

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return authorization
  3. Once approved, we'll provide you with:
    • Return shipping label
    • Return shipping instructions
    • Return tracking number

Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping address and other information will be provided to you through mail, once the return is initiated.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

We don't process direct exchanges. For the fastest resolution:

  2. Place a new order for your desired item
  3. We'll expedite the processing of your new order

Holiday Season Returns

Extended return window for gifts purchased between November 1 and December 24:
