The rich complexity of oolong tea lays a smooth foundation for a majestic cup, layered with savory spice notes and a hypnotic aroma. Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, chicory, and cocoa nibs harmoniously come together to create an exciting yet deeply satisfying chai that is sure to delight the senses.

  • Oolong tea
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Cardamom
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Chicory
  • Natural spicy cinnamon flavor
  • Black peppercorn & cloves

Brewing Guide

  • Boil one cup of water (180 ml)
  • Water Temperature: 90°C - 95°C (194 °F - 205 °F)
  • When the water starts to boil, add one teaspoon of chai
  • Let it simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add half a cup of milk (if you want it milkier, go for 1 cup of water to 1 cup of milk)
  • Let it simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated and you get the rich toffee color
  • Add in sugar and let it boil again
  • Strain the tea and serve hot
